What are your income requirements? +
To qualify, applicants' combined gross income must be 2.5x the rent amount.        
How do utilities work? +
Utilities and services billed separately by a utility provider: Electric, Gas, Telephone, Cable and Internet. Utilities and services allocated to Resident: Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling. The "Allocated Charges" are based on consumption and will be billed separately.        
What is the pet policy? +
We allow cats and dogs, with a maximum of 2 pets. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit, a $250 non-refundable pet approval fee, and a monthly pet rent of $30 for cats and $40 for dogs.
