I love PS Flats! I was fortunate to get in line early and got exactly what I wanted for living space. The building, common areas, landscaping, and amenities are beautiful! Clean, sharp, bright and colorful but not flashy/'too much'. The location is perfect. Quick and easy access to downtown Minneapolis from multiple routes, and just a few minutes from Robbinsdale's awesome downtown area. Management and maintenance staff are great! Always smiling, friendly, and helpful. I'm meeting a lot of great neighbors in the building too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recently moved into this site and recommend to anyone who is looking to move out of the city. My friend and I looked at various sites but this one blew us away. On site staff have been extremely helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns.

Apartment community is flawless! Excellent amenities located near just about everything! Modern spacious luxury units with style! Alyssa the property manager is a true professional who provides world class customer service! She was prompt and quick at all inquiries we had. I recommend this property to anyone who wants modern amenities but doesn’t want to be in downtown Minneapolis. We look forward to moving here in November! You have to see to believe.
