I love PS Flats!
I love PS Flats! I was fortunate to get in line early and got exactly what I wanted for living space. The building, common ... areas, landscaping, and amenities are beautiful! Clean, sharp, bright and colorful but not flashy/'too much'. The location is perfect. Quick and easy access to downtown Minneapolis from multiple routes, and just a few minutes from Robbinsdale's awesome downtown area. Management and maintenance staff are great! Apartment community is flawless! Excellent amenities located near just about everything! Modern spacious luxury units with ... style! Alyssa the property manager is a true professional who provides world class customer service! She was prompt and quick at all inquiries we had. I recommend this property to anyone who wants modern amenities but doesn’t want to be in downtown Minneapolis. We look forward to moving here in November! You have to see to believe.
